Your assets live in an asset canister on the Internet Computer — a smart-contract-backed runtime that serves HTTP directly from consensus, with no origin server and no centralized CDN required.
You don't touch any of that. Webstead provisions the canister, funds it with cycles, runs icp deploy, and watches the cycle balance. You see a green badge, a URL, and a deploy log.
When you're ready to leave, take ownership: we transfer the canister's controller principal to you and step back.
